  • I am private pay only and I do not accept insurance.

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I can provide you with a superbill (receipt of services) upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider.

Please check with your insurance company to confirm your OON mental health coverage.

  • I offer teletherapy services to clients throughout Texas via a HIPAA-compliant video telehealth platform.

Please note, I am only able to work with clients who are physically located within Texas. If you are physically located outside of Texas, I’m unable to provide services.

  • I see clients from Tuesday to Friday in the afternoons and evenings.

My general schedule is as follows:

    Tuesdays 2-7pm CST

    Wednesdays 2-7pm CST

    Thursdays 2-7pm CST

    Fridays 1-6pm CST

  • I see clients at a consistent weekly or biweekly schedule, depending on needs and availability.

I do not work with clients on an as needed or less frequent basis than weekly or biweekly.

I ask that clients are able to commit to 6 weeks weekly (minimum) at the start of therapy to establish momentum.

  • This consultation call allows us both to determine if we're a good fit, discuss your goals for a therapy, and talk about the therapy process.

You are by no means expected to book a session on the call, however, if we both feel confident moving forward, we can do so.

    Here’s what you can expect:

    1. I’ll ask what is bringing you to therapy at this time and what your goals are.

    2. I’ll tell you about myself as a therapist and my approach.

    3. You can ask any questions that haven’t already been covered.

    4. We can discuss scheduling and other logistics.

If for some reason I feel that your needs fall out of my expertise, I will offer you trusted referrals.
