I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas. I’m a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP) and professional trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Relational Life Therapy. I am also certified in Prepare/Enrich for premarital counseling.

While I specialize in LGBTQ+ affirmative care, my practice is a welcoming space for all adults and couples. As an out and proud lesbian myself, I understand how important it is to trust your therapist is affirming.

Who I am as a therapist is a blend of warmth, directness, non-judgement, and compassion. I’ll invite you to explore not only your pains and anxieties but help you connect to your values, joys, and hope in your life.

As your therapist, I am a fellow traveler alongside you toward relational healing - helping you make sense of your unique life experiences, understand yourself on a deeper level, and find clear paths forward. I show up to sessions with not only education and training but as my true self- an authentic human that you can connect with and trust cares about you and your journey.

I wholeheartedly believe that relationships are the cornerstone of our lives- shaping our well-being, growth, and overall happiness- and I’m passionate about helping you create strong, fulfilling relationships to not only the people around you but to yourself.

I know firsthand how vulnerable it can feel to be a therapy client. I believe in the power of therapy and the therapeutic relationship because I’ve experienced its impact in my own life and relationships. I practice everything I share with the folks I work with - whether with myself or with my partner. Like the folks I work with, I’m human. I’m always learning, showing up with curiosity, and working to increase understanding and self-compassion.

On a personal note:

    • Balance

    • Community

    • Growth

    • Humor

    • Vulnerability

  • When I’m not with clients I’m likely traveling, dancing, going to as many concerts as possible, playing guitar, or spending time with my partner, friends, or cat.
