I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas and a Registered Out-of-State Telehealth Provider in Florida.
I’m a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP) and I’m professionally trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Relational Life Therapy. I am also certified in Prepare/Enrich for premarital counseling.
I love offering a safe therapy space for queer folks. As an out and proud lesbian myself, I know it’s important to trust that your therapist is affirming.
My practice is a welcoming space for all people and identities. Y’all means all!
Who I am as a therapist is a blend of warmth, directness, non-judgement, and compassion. I’ll invite you to explore not only your pains and anxieties but help you connect to your values, joys, and hope in your life.
As your therapist, I am a fellow traveler alongside you toward relational healing - helping you make sense of your unique life experiences, understand yourself on a deeper level, and find clear paths forward. I show up to sessions with not only education and training but as my true self- an authentic human that you can connect with and trust cares about you and your journey.
I wholeheartedly believe that relationships are the cornerstone of our lives- shaping our well-being, growth, and overall happiness- and I’m passionate about helping you create strong, fulfilling relationships to not only the people around you but to yourself.
