Anxious in their relationships. You struggle to feel confident in the dating world or you’re find yourself constantly worrying about your partner’s feelings and the future of your relationship.
An intense pressure to be perfect . You might be struggling with perfectionism at work, in your relationships, or in various aspects of life. You’re spinning your wheels to get it just right but ultimately you feel stressed and burned out.
An overall sense of disconnection . You feel disconnected from what matters to you and unsure of what you need or desire. You’re going through the motions but you don’t feel a sense of purpose or fulfillment in it all.
A desire to feel more confident in their queer identity. You are struggling to feel secure in your identity as a queer person. This might involve unpacking years of internalized homophobia, deconstructing harmful beliefs, or feeling generally misunderstood and unaccepted by your circle and/or society at large.
