Individual Therapy
Life can feel complicated, especially when it comes to relationships, identity, and healing from harmful past experiences.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relational traumas, religious wounds, or simply the challenges of building meaningful relationships and a values-aligned life, I want to provide you with a supportive space to heal and grow.
I work with adults (many who are Gen-Z/Millenials and who identify as LGBTQ+) who feel disconnected and who find themselves stuck in a pattern that is no longer serving them.
My approach is rooted in compassion and respect for your lived experience and my desire as your therapist is to help you connect with your most authentic, whole self.
When you work with me, you can trust you have at therapist who genuinely cares for you and your journey.
Who I Work With…
Many of the folks I work with are navigating challenges related to relationships and their sense of self.
They start therapy often feeling or experiencing:
Anxiety in their relationships.
A difficulty maintaining or building meaningful connections.
Loneliness and disconnection.
An internal pressure to be “perfect” and to mask their true feelings or experience.
Challenges related to their queer identity - Internalized homophobia, societal pressure, or generally feeling misunderstood.
Relational trauma, or religious wounds that impact their self-esteem.
Together We Will Work To…
.Heal the past wounds that keep you feeling stuck and disconnected.
Build self-compassion and self-acceptance.
Identify and rewrite negative core beliefs about yourself.
Understand and embrace your identity in a way that feels authentic and empowering to you, in alignment with your own values.
Increase the ability to be mindful and respond to your emotions compassionately.
Create a meaningful life in alignment with your values.
How I Help…
I take a person-centered, trauma-informed, and affirming approach to therapy. I am always focused on therapy being a collaborative process and I’m rooted in the belief that you are the expert on you and your own life.
The methods that I primarily pull from in session are:
Parts Work (IFS): This helps you to understand different parts of yourself, understand your internal conflicts, and increase self-compassion.
Narrative Therapy: This helps you to re-author the stories you tell yourself about yourself and your life.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): This helps you to learn to accept difficult emotions, connect with your values, and make choicest that help you live in alignment with those values.
In a nutshell, the approaches I take in therapy help clients to understand themselves more intimately, heal past wounds, and build a life that feels truly meaningful to them.

You are curious about your feelings, thoughts, and patterns.
You’re open to reflecting on your past experiences to understand their impact on the present.
You are motivated to grow.
We Might Not Be a Good Fit If…
You’re looking for advice, solutions, or a highly structured approach.
You want a therapist who is more clinical and directive than relational and exploratory.
