I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas and a Registered Out-of-State Telehealth Provider in Florida.
I love offering a safe therapy space for queer folks. As an out and proud lesbian myself, I know it’s important to trust that your therapist is affirming. My practice is a welcoming space for all people, identities, and religions. Y’all means all!
Who I am as a therapist is a blend of warmth, directness, non-judgement, and compassion. I’ll invite you to explore not only your pains and anxieties but help you connect to your values, joys, and hope in your life.
As your therapist, I am a fellow traveler alongside you toward relational healing, helping you make sense of your unique life experiences, understand yourself on a deeper level, and find clear paths forward. I show up to sessions with not only education and training but as my true self, an authentic human that you can connect with.
I wholeheartedly believe that relationships are the cornerstone of our lives, shaping our well-being, growth, and overall happiness, and I’m passionate about helping you create strong, fulfilling relationships to not only the people around you but to yourself.
